download from our website or as a hard copy in our office.
These two forms need to be completed, signed and enclosed together with the drive (or other storage device), which will be submitted for urgent data recovery.
At your earliest convenience , please bring or send the subject data storage device (together with the completed
Service Agreement and Questionnaire Form ) to our head office at:
To expedite the process, we recommend that your device is delivered to us during the morning hours.
No appointment is needed.
Feel free to provide us with your own good external hard drive on which we could transfer the recovered data.
If you are using post or courier, please wrap your device with at least 3-4cm of bubble wrap on all sides and pack it in a cardboard box to protect it from damage in shipping (refer to
Instructions for Packaging and Shipping via post or courier).
Data Revival does not take any responsibility for any damage of the hardware (and related loss of data) while it is delivered/transported to or from us.
Once your data storage device is received, Data Revival will contact you to confirm an estimated Urgent Service delivery time and related Urgent Service fees.
2. Initial Assessment and Data Recovery
Once we receive the signed Service Agreement and your data storage device, we will undertake the Initial Assessment of your storage device and continue straightforward with data recovery process.
Along the process, you will be informed in a timely manner on progress and outcome of the recovery attempt.
Urgent Service can not be offered for data recovery cases where procurement of replacement parts for temporary repair would be required.
“No Data - No Recovery Fee” Policy
We are confident in our data recovery abilities so much that if for some unforeseen reason data cannot be recovered as listed in our quotation, we will charge you only the initial Assessment Fee and return your drive.
3. Data Delivery
The recovered data will be either transferred onto a good hard drive already provided by the customer or we will deliver recovered data on our external hard drive (loan drive), which the customer would borrow from us to copy the data on his computer.
If data is delivered on our external hard drive, the customer would be required to return our drive within 3 working days.
Once transfer of data is completed, you will be advised to collect your data and hardware from Data Revival’s office within two working weeks.
It is customer’s responsibility to collect data and hardware as requested or to contact Data Revival regarding the alternative delivery arrangements. Data Revival will keep the customer’s hardware for maximum period of 3 months.
