- The price match will also apply to regular data recovery prices presented on the official web sites of other data recovery companies.
- The Price Beat Guarantee will be applicable against the initial competitor quote only. We will not be entering into an ongoing price negotiation. Competitor quote must be presented at the start of your enquiry and must match the name of the person who is making the price match claim. Email requests cannot be accepted unless following an office visit enquiry.
- The competitor’s data recovery service must be genuine and comply with the industry standards.
- The competitor’s data recovery service must be the same in scope and delivery time with the service we offer.
- The competitor’s price must be the current price and be displayed in Australian dollars.
- We reserve the right not to apply Recovery Service PRICE BEAT GUARANTEE to data recovery services offered by competitors as discounts, special deals/offers or on sale.

- Our Price Beat Guarantee is only valid before you sign the Service Agreement with us. If after signing your Service Agreement with us, you find a cheaper price with some other data recovery company, we will not be able to offer our Price Beat Guarantee or any refund against prices quoted or charged by us.
