To submit your data storage device for data recovery, please bring it or send it (by mail or courier) to our
head office at:

Instructions for Packaging and Shipping via post or courier:
- To pack an external hard drive (desktop or portable), external SSD or any other data storage device enclosed within the original external casing, please wrap your device with at least 3-4cm of bubble wrap on all sides and pack it in a cardboard box to protect it from damage in shipping.
- To pack an internal hard disk drive or SSD (from desktop, laptop or notebook) or any data storage device with the exposed printed circuit board PCB, firstly place the device in an anti-static bag. If possible, avoid placing or wrapping such device directly in a bag, box or wrap made of a material that is not anti-static. Then wrap your device with at least 3-4cm of bubble wrap on all sides and pack it in a cardboard box to protect it from damage in shipping.
- Within the package, together with the device please enclose a prepaid self-addressed return bag/satchel (express post or registered post) so we can send the parcel back to you at no charge. This bag/satchel needs to be of an appropriate size to accommodate the package.
- Label the package and send it to:
