This can happen for a number of reasons, hard disk failure being only one of them. As we specialize in disaster prevention and data recovery we will refer you to one of our technology partners. If you are advised that your disk has failed and your data is lost we may be able to recover it.
The best way is to pack your disk(s) in a cardboard box (Post Box size BC is perfect) using lot of bubble wrap and mail to Data Revival, PO Box 262, Hindmarsh SA 5007.

Our initial assessment will give you the final verdict on the condition of your data and if it can be recovered. In order to reach such verdict we have to employ our technical skills as well as our equipment.
OK, how much is it going to
cost me to recover My Documents folder only?
It will depend on time we have to spend on recovery, which in turn depends on severity of the problem and the amount of data to recover. We will always quote you the exact fee prior to recovery and we will never increase it later.
